BOOKING/CANCELLATION FEES:

As from 1st January, 2010 BYRON BABE WATCH will be using PAYPAL to secure your booking WITH A MIN OF 3 HOURS PAYMENT UPFRONT.

FOR ONE FAMILY WITH UP TO 3 CHILDREN @ $20 PER HOUR:

min of 3 hours payment of $60 to secure your booking.

FOR 2 FAMILIES AND/OR UP TO 4 CHILDREN @ $25 PER HOUR:

min of 3 hours payment of $75 to secure your booking.

YOUR PAYMENT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

If you re-schedule your booking to another date, providing you give more than 24 hours notice, the $60/$75 will be deducted from your first baby sitting booking.

If you cancel your booking altogether, the $60/$75 will be used as a CANCELLATION FEE

We are currently looking at ways to make the process as simple as possible for payment of your non refundable BOOKING/CANCELLATION FEE.

Until PAYPAL is fully integrated into our booking system, we will require a DIRECT DEBIT TRANSFER or a DEPOSIT for all bookings. (go to CONFIRM BOOKING PAGE) of the same amounts as listed above.

Over the past 10 years of operation, we have tried to make BYRON BABE WATCH  one of the only places in town that doesn't require a deposit or cancellation fee, which has worked.

However, in the busy periods, we do get people who make bookings months in advance, then decide at the last minute, they don't want a sitter or cancel their booking altogether.

So due to the high number of bookings, and to cover ourselves for lost business, we now have to insist on a BOOKING/CANCELLATION FEE.

When you call or email  BYRON BABE WATCH to make a booking, once confirmation of your booking is received, you will be directed to the web site to secure your booking with a deposit via PAYPAL.
